CMAC Techno Foundation is the skilling and social development arm of CMAC Technologies Pvt. Ltd., established to address the growing need for practical, employment-oriented training in India’s semi-urban and rural regions. Registered as a non-profit organization, the Foundation works with local communities, technical experts, and industry bodies to create accessible training opportunities that align with real industry demands.

With its headquarters in Hyderabad and active presence across multiple states, the Foundation builds on over 18 years of industrial experience. The training modules are developed in close coordination with field experts, ensuring each program is designed to meet current workforce requirements in the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.

CMAC Techno Foundation adopts a grassroots implementation model, combining technical training with soft skills, digital literacy, and exposure to live industrial settings. By doing so, it bridges the gap between formal education and market-ready skills, offering both job-linked training and support for entrepreneurship.
